I know a girl like this. Her hair was white by the time she was 27 and to beat it all at that age she decides to come back to high school and get her diploma. She is a wonderful lady. She's about 53 now. It was white, but very thick. For a long time she didn't do anything, just left it natural. No big thing here, just color of hair. I did notice however about two years ago she started dying it the prettiest gold color. Maybe platinum is the color I'm trying to say. Her hair is beautiful whatever color it is, as she is. She has been my husband and me friend for years. It turns out my answer is do what pleases you, doesn't change the person and your what's important.

U'm sorry to hear that. That sucks but it is mainly genetic and there is nothing you can do about it except for constantly coloring your hair so the white won't show.
My mom had the same problem and now my 17 yr old brother has the same problem.
As much as it sucks, look at the positive side. Whenever you get bored you can change your hair color and don't have to feel bad doing it coz you need to color you hair!!

. Excessive intake of tea, coffee, alcohol, meat, fried, oily, greasy, spicy, sour, and acidic foods leads to graying prematurely.
Never use hair dyes, it will spoil your hairs, and your remaining 60 % of hairs will also get white. so better dont do that...insted use natural things for your hairs like heena, and amla paste which can be applied once a week. Every morning eat fresh coconut and black sesame (Til) seeds. change your diet. eat green vegetables and fruits more rather then oily stuffs.Grate some fresh ginger. Mix with honey and place it in a jar. Eat 1 tea spoon everyday.
