Would you resort to shaving someones head as a punishment?

From a biblical standpoint, there are numerous passages in the bible that reference the shaving of the head for specific circumstances (i.e: leprosy, checking for leprosy, or as an act of mourning) to NOT shave the head in other circumstances such as in Samson's situation in the book of Judges.
From a Jewish view, the shaving of the head is considered a custom and it was listed in the Talmud (recorded rabbinnic literature)
Historically, the Germanic and Celtic tribes of Northern Europe wore long hair and beards; short hair was a mark of slavery or of punishment.
As far as resorting to shaving someone's hair as a form of punishment, I can't imagine a condition that would ever prompt me to shame someone in this way.

I dont think so at present shaving of hair is a sign of fashion. But i have heard that in olden days people use to treat it as punishment.

At the end of world war 2 french women that slept with nazis had their hair shaved as a form of punishment.

It was a means of punishment in olden days...
Hair is considered to be a god gifted thing and hence to punish the person they used to cut his hair to take away his 'gift' of god.
Nothing more !

Well once I knew this kid who had long curly hair and his parents told him that if he got in trouble at school one more time they would shave his hair off. And they did. And he was really REALLY upset.

hair will obserb magnetic forces(good and bad also) so if u shave ur hair it will stop up to some days
