yes nair is a hair removing cream. you put it on, leave it on for like 5 minutes then scrape it off and the hair comes off with it... it kind of disolves the hair away. It only removes the hair above the skin, unlike waxing that pulls it out from the root.
i believe its an american product

Yes, I think it is an American product, I am certain it is hair removing cream. I use it when I don't feel like shaving. It is very effective. A tip: Depending on how thick your hair is, leave it on longer.

Yes it is. I have found that after years of razor shaving, it does not work well on my legs. The Nair for men does work well for guys though (think removal of back hair!). I do not know where it is manufactured but it is available in lots of drug stores, Wal-Mart etc...
