I use to have long hair now i want it back?

Okay first off my hair use to be down my back (half way) Then i cut it bout 1 year ago now i want it back. Its to my shoulders now. My grandmother is very upset at me because she loved my hair. Now im going to my dad side of the family and they haven't seen my hair cut any shampoos i can use any methods i can use i really need help. Im leaving in Dec for Christmas. Any thing that can help my hair grow some by then i will truely be thankful!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why or is this true is it only OK for black women to wear hair extensions?

I am an attractive woman with a thin hair condition though I still have a lot of my own long hair so I add a little extra is this not cool? Is this why perhaps my boyfriend is not sure he wants to ever marry (me) even though he says its becuase his previous marriage ended in divorce???

Frizzy hair?

I have really curly hair and any time that I style it straight it immediately gets frizzy and curls back up with humidity. Any suggestions or products that I can use to prevent? I have tried frizz-ease and a bunch of other serums and such.
