If you hair is already really short like your avatar, it would probably not take that long to grow back to its original length (about 5-6 months, judging by your avatar) if you decide not to stay with the bald look.
If you have delicate, feminine facial features with a nicely-shaped head, good skin tone, and no protuding ears, I think you could pull it off. There are several fashion models out there who sport the bald look (Eve Savail probably the most prominent).
Don't listen to these others who tell you you must be undergoing chemo, are a lesbian/bi, or a weirdo. If you feel comfortable doing it, go for it!
Besides, it's just hair! It'll grow back!

If I see a bald woman, I immediately think chemo, unless it is a woman in the service or similar, but I also feel that if you want to shave your head out of curiosity to find out how it feels, go for it...it's the only way you'll know. I've always wondered myself but my hair is down below my waist now, so unless I ever need chemo or have to cut it for my job, it is staying on. If it does ever come off, it will be donated to the locks-of -love. If I were bald, I would be finding some funky ways to decorate my head with pretty scarves or hat of some sort that makes a statement.

I wouldn't advocate a girl shaving her head unless she has a medical condition. It is gross looking and very un feminine. I can't for the life of me figure out why so many girls and men, that have a good head of hair would want to go bald. It isn't pretty and people either look at you as some kind of a freak or think you have cancer. Nothing prettier than a girl with a nice head of well kept hair, that is styled and combed nicely.

There are many great short hair styles to choose from. I suggest you go to a salon and look at the books. Then you can discuss it with your hairdresser. Best wishes.

Don't do it, especially if you have very prominent features like big ears or a big nose. You will regret it if you shave it. Just keep it really short, like a pixie style. But then, if you have big features, you shouldn't cut it short either.

just get it layered. i think, personally thaald shaved heads are extremely freaky, especially for the girls. and you get teased a lot aswell. unless it s for a sweet cause like for a donation or cancer fund raising donations, then it would be ok.

I think that girls that shave thier heads have either cancer, or is wierd. If u shave your head then boys won't like you, so stick with hair. God didn't give u hair to shave it off did he ?
