My hair is medium/dark brown with red highlights. Every time I try to it turns more orange. I have tried leaving it on longer and that did not work.

My hair was dyed at home but it was messed up because my dad only highlighted the top. then i went to a salon to get it fixed but its just worse. I have natural black hair, and im asian. the salon made my hair very light. how do i get rid of it? should i use garnier noutrisse or color pulse actif? the thing is my dad spent a lot of money on my hair, and i don't want it to be completly dyed. what should i do??

I decided to stop straightening my hair, so now it's pretty curly, frizzy, thick, coarse hair and am always trying to find shampoos that make it shiny and soft. I was wondering does the new Pantene Ice Shine work well for curly hair, and does it reduce frizz? Also, does anyone know if the new herbal essences totally twisted works? Lastly, i've heard about a citreshine product that gives incredible shine. I don't know that exact product, but they have a serum that defines curls. Does it work? If anyone has any recommendations that would be great (especially things that are moderatly cheap)

My daugher is starting Jr. High and I'm sick of braiding her hair. She's a tom boy, but needs a hair do. I was thinking of getting it relaxed, and cut so that it's still to her shoulders, but short enough so she can take care of it herself. Any ideas?

My hair is a blondish red more blonde then red and i wanted to go with a darker color to highlight my skin tone and I waent and got semi permanant hair dye in roasted almond and decided it looked good and I want to die it permanant but I want the color to stay in longer without fading.
