Hair - August 2006

my hair is naturally curly
when i put it in a mohawk
i straighten it then put glue in it
well the glue turns all white and ickky
but it works great!
when i use gel and stuff it makes my hair
curl again and it falls down...
when i use like paste and stuff like that made for hair
it doesnt hold enough because i have really thick hair
any suggestions?

my hair is medium length, kinda wavy, and it's got volume. i straighten it in the morning and it's out of shape, all wavy in a few hours. i know there's ways to make it stay. but i really don't know what or how. i'm hoping some of you will recomments something that will work. (does anyone else have this problem, anyways?) preferrably something that won't damage my hair so much. althought at this point i don't care as long as it doesn't make my hair fall out and it's able to maintain it straight for a longer period of time.

please, i'll appreciate it =]

I dyed my hair Radiant Ruby a couple of months ago and I'm sick of it and I really want to go to my natural hair color witch is almost black and I don't think my mom is going to be very happy about that she won't let me dye it black so since she hasn't seen my natural hair color in so long I don't think she even knows what color it is so I'm trying ti figure out if I should go natural or stay red. what do you think?

so i chemically straightened my hair a year and a half ago and i still dont have all of my curls back yet....half of my hair is curly at the top and the other half is wavy.....and i've tried the clarifying shampoo that takes out chemicals but it didnt work....anyone have any solutions?

Well I went to get a haircut recently and asked for long side bangs that sweep across my forehead and for a choppy layered look. The lady gave me short ugly 2in bangs and I dont know how to hide them or make them look good in my hair style. Help?
