Like as in forever. You can't. You can't change your hair follicles. Once it grows it will be back to the way it was before.

Your hair stylist can do it for you...if you don't want to pay a lot at a salon, you can go to a beauty school. Even though a student will be doing your hair, a supervisor will follow everything she/he does to your hair and make sure everything turns out well. This will straighten it for a few months...not forever. Good luck!

*snicker* Buying a wig isn't one I would have suggested but...
You could not take a shower forever, but I'm positive the rest of us would NOT like that.
There's typically no way to straighten hair for a long period of time. Go to a hair salon and ask there, but there IS no way. Sorry!

I would recommend just going to a hair salon instead. Specially if you've never done it before.
I think it's quite a process because you have to actually break the structure of your hair, and then you either straighten or perm it after that
So quite a few chemicals will be involved in those solutions

The only way to "permanetly" striaghten your hair is to put a relaxer in it. To dry it, use a blow dryer with a comb attachment. Even though you have to get touch ups every six weeks or so, depending on your hair.

You can't get your hair permantently straightened but you can get it temporarily straightened. You have to go to a salon and ask them for a straight perm. It will last until your hair starts growing out again.

You can have your hairdresser apply a chemical to your hair that will render it lifeless until it grows out. That's probably as close to "permanently" as you're going to get without changing your genetics.
