i have some keracare super reconstructor and would like to know the proper to use it?

As with most professional prosucts the directions are not on the bottle. You can use it as a regular conditioner or you can put it on and place a plastic cap on your head and sit under a hooded dryer for 15-20 minutes. It is used as a reconstructor after a relaxer but before you neutralize. It is a great product which leaves the hair silky and replenished. You can also call the 1-800 number on the bottle for extra info. They advise me all the time....
