Hair only grows about half an inch per month. It can grow more slowly if you have anemia or don't eat properly, but there's nothing you can do to make it grow more quickly.

You can improve the condition of over-processed hair, though. Be sure to use a gentle shampoo for color-treated hair and a deep conditioner. I like Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask and have used it daily with great success when I've gone overboard on color.

I also use a leave-in conditioner or heat protecting spray like Ojon Revitalizing Mist or Bumble & Bumble Tonic Lotion before blow drying.

coconut oil. its usually solid when you buy it, place it in a little saucepan of boiling water, let it melt and use about 200 grams (half a standard cup) of liquid coconut oil on shampooed, towel dried hair. Place a cap of plastic of some sort and sit under a hairdryer so that it sinks into your pores which will have enlarged because of the heat. after 30 mins, shampoo again, condition (deep condition or protein condition, something which contains keratin). rinse and style. for dry hair it is advisable to use a leave-in conditioner. if you're in the uk, sunsilk is good. use this on your hair before hair-drying.
To grow your hair the regular treatment with coconut oil ought to help, apart from that you need to take a B vitamin supplement. Biotin is a protein which helps with hair growth. any good b vitamin will contain biotin, read the ingredients list. Also, it helps to wash your hair frequently (using a leave-in conditioner to prevent further drying). I've also read a little scalp massage once a week might make it grow *that* much quicker

I think the dyeing is the problem!

Try giving your hair a break for a while. Or if you really have to have it coloured make sure you really care for it - there are lots of good shampoos and conditioners especially for coloured hair; it's worth shelling out for a really good designer brand to really do some good. And try using a conditioning treatment once a week.

It might not make your hair grow faster but it'll be in good condition so it's a start!

Well stop dying it all the time. Leave it be.

Get the ends cut and get a good hot oil treatment.

Wash your hair every other day and once a week dep condition it.

Get the ends cut once a month.

Use a wee bit of olive oil or coconut oil on your white hair. Most especially the ends.

And please use a conditioner with no alcohol in it at all.

There are vitamins for hair at the health food stores also at Walgreen and Walmarts etc. If you are young, and are able to stop the "die" that would help as well. It is an amazing feeling after you have been on the vitamins for hair(and nails) how well your hair feels

scalp moisturizers are like hair food which will keep it from being so dry, and it helps with the growing. They have conditioners made for dyed hair as well. I recomend cream of nature shampoo and condtioner.

Use a good, cleansing shampoo, apply Pantene leave-in conditioner and lay off the dying for awhile. Also, there are vitamins strictly for hair.
