how do you take the shine out of weave that is on a track? i was it to blend with my hair.

you may need to rethink the type of hair you are using. If your hair is more on the coarse side, use a yaki hair, if it is silky, use a silky hair. NEVER use too much oil (oil sheen, shine spray, or etc.)on it, as it will make it stringy and even more shiny. One way to make your hair blend, is to put a little bit of oil (sheen or other wise) on your natural hair only, then flat iron or curl it with the weave blended in. This will help blend the the hair very well.

Don't buy silky straight hair, buy yaki. It's more natural......... Normally you match your hair to the textures sold in the store. I never usr silky straight hair for any styles. It doesn't hold any curls and it is very unruely hair. You can try to shampoo it to get the shine out but I think it is there to stay pretty much. That is the texture the hair is unless it is dyed hair you may wash some of the color out...........good luck
