Tony at Regis in Town East Mall. Best haircut ever, hands down. He is awesome. Haircuts are about $36.00!

i live in that area so i would say that place in town east but i need to try out the fire wheel town center cuts.

Stay away from SuperCuts... they dont always know what they are doing....TRUST ME...lol.
