i have curly hair and i'd love to go platinum, but i do a lot of dying, straightening, etc.. how could i go to platinum without going bald?

ok. i have mid-long hair parted on the side with bangs. for the most part it's all one length. i want to get it cut a little different, but i don't want to loose alot of length. any good ideas? i would really like to have the long bang look (shorter layers) but need some good pictures to have for examples. also, i'd like to have some more layers put into it...please help!!pics are welcome!!

my eyebrows are kinda short but really messy looking. i was thinking that if i got them waxed it would make them look more neat, but i was told that you need to grow them out first to get them waxed but there not growing that fast. what should i do?

Does any one have any suggestions on what products to put in my daughter's hair. It is very curly but soft. It gets very frizzy and poofy
She always wants to put it in a ponytail, I would like her to keep it down. I have tried almost every product you can think of-done the braid thing at night, don't wash it every day, tried little bit of oil

I have a hair appointment for today. I'm supposed to get a half- head of cornrows (like with top of yer head in braids but the bottom and back my regular hair.) Last night my dad told me that someone @ his work told him that they hurt a lot and BLEED! I'm am scared to get them done. I don't know wat to do i was so excited bout gettin em.
PS: does it hurt more or less if yer caucasion? or is it the same?
