I read somewhere that hair is dead protein. And all those hair products claiminng to repair you hair are lies, because once hair is grown it can't be changed. You just have to cut it out and work on growing better hair.

IS THIS TRUE?

I need a new hairstyle... preferably a "punk" look... with the "jagged" layers and i dunno what else to do with it cuz i like it reasonably long

what color should i put in it... I dont want anything normal like caramel streaks or whatever

Origionally I wanted to get blond on the top with jagged layers and black underneath but I dont think the blonde would go so great with my olive complexion

On caucasians, I am a sucker for red hair on men and women because it seems that they have paler skin to match, which just makes it more inticing! On african-americans, I like light brown colors, natural, or a suttle red. Other races, I like natural. On me I like my natural color.

I have long curly hair (to my waist) and it's becoming more difficult to brush. The ends are dry and frizzy, and every once in a while i find huge knots (no way around them excect to cut it off). I'm also afraid that by having to brush it so much i might be losing a lot of hair. I really don't wanna cut it...can someone help me please???

I have naturally dark brown hair w/ red highlights (some are coppery auburn red), however my skin has so many pink tones to it, that I don't want the red in my hair any longer. If I wanted to go light brown/blonde, what shades are right for my skin tone? I have very fair skin (pink tones), bright red cheeks, blue eyes, and freckles.

I am 25/male. I know all the facts about baldeness and hair-loss being hereditary and depends on diet. I wish to know if there are any oils/shampoo/other natural products that help me (not in curing bald spots), but just to retain the hair that I have and prevent them from falling off or thinning?
