I am 25/male. I know all the facts about baldeness and hair-loss being hereditary and depends on diet. I wish to know if there are any oils/shampoo/other natural products that help me (not in curing bald spots), but just to retain the hair that I have and prevent them from falling off or thinning? Any special diet requirements/supplements that someone knows of (other than high protein ofcourse)? Please let me know if you do and help me get married!!!!! Thanks a bunch.

I am a cosmetologist and one crucial thing that many people forget about is conditioner. Shampoo helps, but you need conditioner with protein also. Cholesterol and keratin rich conditioners and shampoos should also work well for you.

Alright, I'll tell you the secret but if you don't try it, its your own fault!!

There is a synthesized B vitamin compound called Procaine or GH3.

Its perfectly natural, and won't make you sick.

Science is coming to the conclusion that illnesses, and even things like baldness and brittle nails is not a problem with say, your hair follicles or nails or respiratory sytem, but rather a problem with the cells that compose it.

So what this vitamin does is heal the body at a cellular level.

All the chemicals and crap we put in our bodies nowadays causes it not to function right and this will get your hair follicle cells functioning properly.

Although it sometimes takes up to 6 weeks before you start seeing change, because your body must repair itself.

Go to www.cellhealthmakeover.com

the best one is Vitacel 9 but all of them have GH3 and some are less expensive!!

Good luck!

Here are some hair growing tips:

1. Eliminate or cut back on smoking, caffeine and carbonated sodas which weaken the body and block maximum hair growing potential.
2. Eat a healthy diet. Avoid foods that are high in sugar or fat.
3. Treat your hair like a piece of fine old lace. Treat it carefully avoiding any unnecessary brushing, combing or handling.
4. Avoid use of hot water, hot blow dryers or other hair care tools that may stress the hair.
5. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles.
6. Do a series of ongoing hot oil treatments to protect the hair's shaft.
7. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier.
8. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair.
