You mean that every bald man you have ever met has been arrogant? Wow! I've met lots of arrogant people and lots of bald ones, but lots of the arrogant people were women, or men with hair and not all the bald men I know are arrogant.
Maybe you've got an issue that needs to be dealt with? Maybe a bald man has upset you? Maybe you have had nightmares about bald men from an early age? I think you should seek professional help!!

Any time you lump a group of people together with a generalization, you do someone an injustice. Maybe you know a bald person who is arrogant, but I am sure you know a few with hair who are as well. Maybe you mistake confidence for arrogance. It doesn't take hair or the lack of it to make you a jerk. That is purely individual. Some people shave their head to be bald on purpose, other are bald because of a medical condition or maybe they are recovering from chemotherapy. Being judgemental is just as unattractive as being arrogant, don't you think?

Their large ego's are trying to make up for the large bald spot. Now not all balding men are arrogent though. I know some very nice balding men, but I do know some arrogent ones too.

It isn't limited to bald men. Others as well are arrogant, including women.

With some of them, to compensate for their insecurity about being bald I think. Same with some short men being aggressive and some overweight people being jolly. Some mind, not all.

Because their confidence has taken a hit and they are overcompensating. On the other hand, my husband is as bald as a coot and nobody could accuse him of being arrogant. Maybe that is because his confidence is sky high because he has me :-)
