A beautician is used to working with all types of brows. Go to a salon and get them shaped. Let them know how you want your brows to look and they will discuss a good shape with you that fits your face. They will usually wax followed up with plucking the strays left behind. Then maintain them by plucking strays that arise until they get too messy looking again and go back to the salon.
I get my eyebrows waxed in a salon for about $12. This lasts for about 3 months with weekly upkeep (plucking strays, etc). Not expensive at all when you consider it makes you look a million times better and it's only like spending $4 a month.
Waxing stings pretty bad until you get used to it, but only for a few seconds. Make sure they don't put any of their lotions on their face if you have sensitive skin. I have sensitive skin and the cooling lotion they put on your skin to calm the redness just breaks me out. Instead, I just wipe the area with toner to disinfect once they are done.
If you're going to pluck them yourself, you might want to try drawing the outline of what you want them to look like with a brow pencil first. That way you'll be less likely to mess them up.
The same goes with waxing them yourself. Cut the wax strip to fit the underside of your arch and apply carefully. I once was a bit careless and waxed the inner edge of my eyebrow off, giving me a permanently surprised look until they grew back, lol. Then pluck whatever stray hairs are left over with a pair of precision tweezers.
Whatever you do, don't overpluck your eyebrows! There is nothing worse looking than eyebrows that are the width of a piece of floss and they take a long time to grow back!
The best idea for you would be to go to a beautician first so you get an idea of what you want them to look like and what to expect when doing it yourself. That way there is less chance of error and a silly look until your eyebrows grow back:-)
Good luck!

Eyebrow hairs are the slowest-growing hairs on the human body.
Now, before we go too far with an explanation, I am assuming that your eyebrow hairs were NOT removed by an electrical epilator. If so, you are in more trouble because this technique destroys the hair follicle and is considered a permanent hair removal method.
My recommendation would be to just have patience. If you haven't damaged your follicles by repeated plucking, your eyebrows should grow back to their former selves within a matter of weeks.
* Look for BIOHAIR I've heared it is very effective for hair growth.

You can have them shaped if you can't do it then go somewhere to get it done them use eyebrow wax to hold them down. You can get the eyebrow wax in the cosmetic dept.
That is what I've tried and it worked for me. I hope this helps.

u should seek help from a professional esthetician. THey'd be able to help you out and let you now wether to wax it now or wait for it to grow out. It's very inexpensive, should be anywhere from about $15-25
