My cousin has decided to get all the bridesmaids Italian charm bracelets for her wedding thankyou gift. I think this is a great idea--she collects them and I've been interested in it but just haven't ever gotten one.
The question is--what kind to get? She has a 5.5 mm and doesn't like it b/c she says the 9mm is the most common size for charms. But I was searching on ebay and they come in shiny, matte, pave, gold edging. I don't know which one she should pick.
I--of course--want all my charms to match. I can't stand to have one enamel, one shiny, one matte. So if you have one of these, do you find more charms in one vs the other?
Do you wish you'd gotten the starter bracelet matte instead of shiny? Any opinions would be helpful here.
And she found a lot of 10 of those tools that help you get the charms on--anyone use those? Are they useful or a waste of money?
