I have a dress that I only wore once (don't worry...I'm a girl) for my prom. It's a pretty dress and was rather pricey so I'm trying to find any opportunity I can to wear it again. Alas, a formal event has come up: my cousin's wedding. I know one should not wear white (or black?) to a wedding...what about red? It's a rather "sexual" red. Actually...I might have read somewhere that guests shouldn't wear red...Damn it!

Does anyone know wedding dress code etiquette (i.e., what colors to wear, what dresses to wear, etc.)?

This is a period related question. Girls, What brand of pad have you found works the best (with wings). I have tried sooooo many brands. Half the time the wings dont stick on and i get leaks. I have light periods so i dont need any heavy-duty pad lol. Thnx girls!!

I am simply asking for opinions only.. im not trying to complain about my dress code im just asking..
anyway
what do you think about this:
my school has enforced a stricter dress code this year compared to last year stating that our school is looking more like something associated with "gang activity" even tho i personally didnt think we dressed bad.. only some.. but anyway by what the word is around the school and such, doesnt really make sense to me
first, we were required to wear "collared shirts" collar can also include like regular t-shirts with the thing around the neck or basically covering the chest and up to the neck.
then i hear we can not wear just plain t-shirts. so im guessing it HAS to say something? i cant find a dress code online soo im just stating a couple
so what is your take? is there a way i can try to make them more leniant? petitions or whatever?

These are your materials:
2.5 meters light weight white satin

1 1/4 meters of the following:
Crushed white velvet
Pink rainbow organza
Lavender organza
White lace
Peridot organza

Other supplies:
2 spools of rainbow satin ribbon ( 2 meters each)
1 liter of waterproof clear drying glue
822 gr. (29 oz) Clear iridescent glitter

You have a sewing machine, plenty of thread, needles, rhinestones, etc...

Here where the fun begins.

Mrs. Smythe-Roberts calls & wants a description of the dress. If she likes it, she'll pay $7500 & recommend you to all her friends.

Please describe the dress to her as though it were to be worn at a Fashion Show.

i am ATTENDING the baptism.. NOT being baptized
- dark grey/blackish dress pants (tight fitted)
- open toe heels
- a plum colored top.. a shiny jersey fabric (tank top, empire waste, flows away from the body a bit)

I love girly things. But I don't say like Like all the time, or OMG! Or anything like that. O ps this is the owner of this accounts sister that is only 12. So don't say a bunny or a hooker. I don't have a pic, but its a cardigan from abercrombie, its an ivory/off whiteish color. Its 3/4 length sleeves and its kind of like a shrug. It reaches down to the bellybutton. The trick is that the moose symbol is lime green... and I have no idea what to wear with it. Tops to wear underneath, bottoms, accessories, shoes would be awesome. Thanks!
