Why did you wash them in the first place. I mean tell her to get over the stupid shirt or whatever. If she didn't want anything to spill on it then why did she wear it and give it to you in the first place.

Hairspray (any kind) will get ink out of fabric. Just spray it on the stains and run through the washer.

You need to let her know it happened and offer to replace them. You should also take her to get the new clothes.
She will respect you even more because you were honest and handled it responsibly.
