how do get normal jeans to be skinny jeans

skinny jeans are a different cut than normal jeans, so you need to buy a new pair.
check zafu.com, it's amazing - you enter your preferences on how you like your jeans to fit, and it will list exact brands and styles you should try. That's how I found my new jeans, and it saved me trying on 50 different pairs in the store.

not possible unless u get them tailored but buy then u could just buy a new pair

cut some of the sides off and sew then back together

I dont think its possible. Maybe you could sew the ends somehow..........................................
or just buy skinny jeans from somewhere.
