Calling All Fashion Designers: Can you make an original dress for a 13 year old girl, Size 1?

Question

Its for her 1st Dance.
These are your materials:
2.5 meters light weight white satin

1 1/4 meters of the following:
Crushed white velvet
Pink rainbow organza
Lavender organza
White lace
Peridot organza

Other supplies:
2 spools of rainbow satin ribbon ( 2 meters each)
1 liter of waterproof clear drying glue
822 gr. (29 oz) Clear iridescent glitter

You have a sewing machine, plenty of thread, needles, rhinestones, etc...

Here where the fun begins.

Mrs. Smythe-Roberts calls & wants a description of the dress. If she likes it, she'll pay $7500 & recommend you to all her friends.

Please describe the dress to her as though it were to be worn at a Fashion Show.

This is so easy. I wear a size 1 and I made one sort of like this.
1. White satin=make a simple straight sheath.
2. White lace=make a tiny Mandarin collar and small caps at the shoulder, like half moons.
3. Crushed white velvet=Fold it so it makes a long rectangle, sew this together. This is the shawl,
4. Take all the organza and cut into various marquise shaped sizes. You will need short ones for the sleeves and 2 different lengths for the waist.
5. Take the ribbon and make a long flat woven braid. Set aside.
6. Lay all the marquise shaped fabric on wax paper apply the glue around the edge, sprinkle with the glitter. Do one at a time. Let dry, completely.
7. Sew various colors to the lace at the shoulder hiding your stitches, sew seed pearls into the lace.
8. Sew remaining shapes to the braid, attach this to the waist.

The Fashion Show:
Your daughter will look lovely in this original Faery Tale gown, as she waltzes into the room all eyes will turn to see a true princess in soft organza with dewdrop kisses. The crushed velvet shawl will keep her warm, when her Prince Charming calls for her at the door. A dress fit for a faery princess.

take the laveneder and sew it with the lace and some spackles and put the ribbon around the waist and then and wala lol good luck lol i no this is a simple thing lol
