helbros 21 invincible watch??

i found a watch that was my grandfathers before he past away. its a helbros 21 invincible watch. its all gold, with a gold-stretchable band, and a silver/almost pearly white plating in the background. its also a watch that you have to wind periodically to keep it running. does any watch gooru or jewelry fanatic out there maybe know how much this watch is worth and when it might have been made? im not planning on selling this watch, but i would like to know what i have. thx.

Take it to a Watch Repair Shop for an estimate, it is hard to estimate how much something is worth without seeing it
