i have dirty blonde hair with light light blue eyes and i am a light/medium skin color plus i have freckles so....

You are a spring person apparently... which means that you want to choose warm colours like camel, peach, honey yellow and soft brown. Also try bright or delicate clear colours, but stay away from dull, dark and muted colours, like khaki and chocolate...

I would say Green, Pink, Red Orange.....But I think Green will look the best!
