no. looking good is what is important, not how much you paid. people who wear clothes just b/c they are expensive and they think that brand/designer is "cool", those people look dumb, sometimes even like douchebags.

Personally, I do get caught up in that...at least I did in the past. However, I'm starting to realize that if i'm that worried about trying to be cool I'm not as cool as I thought. A word of advice from someone that's been there, "its not the clothes on the man but the man in the clothes" Just be you, If u like sumthin cheap BUY IT! people don't see the price tags they see the personal style and you. That' really all that matters. Hope I helped ya!

I think that there is nothing wrong with wearing expensive clothes. they last longer and usually are worth the money.
The best expensive clothes to buy are probably jeans, sweater, and business casual clothes.

I also think that inexpensive clothes are great for fashion fads, meaning you get a few wears out of them and that it. These types USUALLY don't last very long but can look great for the few times that you do wear them.

to be honest with you it really isnt cool because it doesnt matter about the price as long as u like it then get it cuz how r ur friends or people going to know how much u bought it for unless u tell them so if i were u i wouldnt even care how cheap my clothes is cause everyone wears certain kind of clothes cuz they like it not because of some stupid price. so all i am saying is just buy clothes u like and dont buy clothes just because they're expensive buy it cuz u like them. but if the expensive clothes are worth it and u like it then get it cuz if u get clothes so ur friends or what ever think ur cool then ur gonna also regret it cuz ur not gonna get ne thing out of it if ur friends like it ur just gonna be mad cuz u wasted money for some thing that u could of probably gotten cheaper but all i gotta say is it is ur money so just buy clothes u think is best for you. and dont let any one stop you from buying da clothes you like

I don't think it's "cool". If theres a shirt at an expensive place that I like then I'll get it. But, I normally find great stuff at Belks and Target=]]

You don't have to have expensive clothes to be fashionable. You can have inexpensive clothes that are fashionable, and it's a lot easier on the checkbook.

it depends how you wear them,
you might have a 700 dollar outfit and get no complements while the other girl has an ADORABLE outfit from target that was at the most, 80 dollars.
now you choose, who's looks the best?
dont let your clothes choose who you are.

Nope. I like to wear clothes that fit and flatter, and I refuse to spend outrageous amounts of money to make rich people richer.
I would rather give to church and charity.

If you can afford the clothes, then it would be GREAT to buy them! I rather give money to the homeless/charity.
