What color of skirts will go well with the color of blouses and button down shirts I listed below?

I have a black skirt, brown skirt and chocolate brown skirt.
Here's a list of color of shirts I'm buying skirts for:
dark red
maroon
dark green(more of a hunterish green)
white blue and black rings and moons decorated blouse

So what's the best color of skirts that'd go with above?
I also have a gray sweater and a maroon shirt with a white dickie with maroon stripes

Right, I got my hair cut and it's pretty short at the moment but I wanted highlights & for it to grow quite a bit..so I was wondering..if I got highlights done NOW would it look stupid after like a few weeks cos it will grow & surely the strands of hair which are highlighted will grow in their original colour on top, so it will be like BLONDEE-BROWNN? Thanks

Okay, so I'm going to donate 8 inches of my hair on Dec. 6th and I have some questions and concerns.
1.I am REALLY nervous. I've pretty much had long hair my whole life and 8 inches is a lot to cut off-any ideas how to shake off this feeling?
2.Any ideas on how to convince others to donate their hair too?
3.Does anybody know a salon where I can go to do this between London ON and Toronto?
4.Any tips?

I'm wondering what this proceedure is, and what is it used for? I'm tired of getting acrylic on my nails (even though I love the many designs you can have). I want something that will strengthen my nails, and keep them looking beautiful. I heard that the silk wrap helps do that. I was wondering what it is?

I know I could just get manicures, but I can also do those myself.

ok my hair is curly just in front and the rest is wavy!
what can i do with it?
i straighten it but once in a while because i dont want to ruin my hair?

Okay so i got my hair cut the other day i was looking for cute and short, and punkish, the lady goes okay starts cutting away my shoulder length hair, and i come out looking like an asian GUY okay the hair is like mondo short, like its not even past my ears or anything because she RAZOR cut it. Okay, my wedding dress has small spaghetti straps that can snap off to wear the dress as strapless if you choose. But I want straps and I do NOT want to wear a strapless bra b/c it's really uncomfortable for me. So, I found these rhinestone straps that you can wear with any strapless bra. I was thinking about removing the straps that come with my dress, and just wearing these straps with my bra underneath since it won't look like a bra strap, but the straps that come with my dress. Do you think I can pull that off or is it a dumb idea?

BTW, my dress is completely red with silver bead work/designs so it would match great.

I have naturally thick dark brown hair (which has been highlighted and dyed many times). Last night I dyed my hair a soft black color from garnier nutrisse called "Sweet Cola." The color turned out darker than I had expected, and I was considering dying it one shade lighter to dark brown this evening. Is this okay to do?

okay so my best friend and i are going to get our belly buttons pierced soon. We are both 18 and seniors in high school. Our parents are anti piercings and tattoos, but we are just going to hide it from them. How we see it, we are legal and leaving for school next fall. And plus our parents are never at the pool with us. and by the time summer comes we should be healed and can take it out momentarily if we are around our parents.

4. How long does it take to heal? My friend cheers and has competition soon.

My hair is really fine/thin and mostly straight(well a LITTLE wavy). It's also thinning a little at the top(i'm a guy).

I'm considering getting dreads, would my hair be ok for it or would they come out thin and crappy?
