Thanks for your answers girls! And I'm not a creep! I do appreciate a nice smile and beautiful eyes, but damn when I see a nice sexy booty I just want to tell them!

Most definitely.
I think that way too many females have become way too guarded over that type of thing. I don't understand why they get so damn defensive.
I am proud of having a booty, by the way. I'm small waisted, but I got a big one. hehe. It annoys me, sometimes, some clothes just do NOT look good. But....all in all, I'm happy with it.
Even yesterday, I had a man yell, "Nice @ss!" from his car window while I was on the median of a huge road, removing a sign I'd put up for a sale. I know a lot of women who'd consider that crude or offensive.....but I take it as a compliment.
I have no problem yelling something at a man, either. And I'm sure, again, a lot of females would think I'm classless or stupid for doing such. But I can promise I was raised a lot better and have a lot more education than most of those people. ;)
If someone's hot/attractive/sexy/beautiful/humorous/pretty/etc, I don't think anyone should have a problem letting them know so and I don't think that anyone should get offended when being told so.

ALSO: I want to ADD.....I see a lot of these women responding with thiings like "it depends on whether you look like a creep" or whatever.... well, see.....
I have a theory.....that a lot of females only get annoyed with men who say things like that if the man is not attractive to them. If the man is hot, they want to jump his bones. If he's not, then it's like sexual harrassment. Totally wrong.
I don't get females, either. Obviously. ;P

to be honest if it was me i would think u were a creep who kept looking at my butt. Not great.

If I was walking down the street with my dog..acceptable
During a job interview.. - Lawsuit..
However most women would perfer "you look very nice today" instead of a "you have a sexy butt!"

Yes, if I knew you. If you were a complete stranger, it would still be actually kind of flattering, but I'd also be a bit disgusted as well because you know, strangers commenting on my butt can be kind of creepy.
