The 'GREEN' Is From The Base-Tone Of The Brown Dye. Because You Colored Over Bleached Hair There Wasn't Enough Primary Color In Your Hair So, As The Brown Fades/Washes-Away The Base-Tone Will Show. You Need Color Correction Or A Re-Tint With A Warm Shade. If You Don't Feel Comfortable Doing This, Get Professional Help.

Using A Darker Shade: If It Also Has A Green (Or Blue) Base-Tone Your Hair Will Have A Deeper Green Cast - Look For Shades With A Warm Or Violet Base (Golden Browns Or NEUTRAL Browns)

you might have to cut it off, but if you are a swimmer, you can wash your hair more after swimming, as it is chlorine that does that to you.
