I usually have my hair split in the middle, so when I tried to side sweep my bangs, some of it resisted and woulnd stay on the side. I have a good chuck swept on the side, but when I go to bed tonight i'm afraid it wont stay. I am taking a shower tonight and am planning to blpow dry my hair so that chunk of hair is side swept. do you think blow drying it that way will make it stay better, or is it a waste of time?

I am looking for a grey eyeliner. Preferably greyey blue colour but I don't mind. But pencil eyeliner not liquid. I want one that doesn;t smudge too much and lasts a while.

I'm also looking for some versatile eyeshadow quads that are nice. In brown and purple or pink.

Please tell me what you think is the best liner and eyeshadows. My budget is limited think revlon and possibly MAC or clinique, but not chanel etc. I would preferably pay less and I'm not expecting miracles just some decent products. Has anyone tried bodyshop makeup?

She did a good job but she didn't do that much. The only reason I went was because my skin was dry and scaly from washing dishes. She told me there wasn't much they could do about that but when I as I was leaving I asked for their pamphlet and it said they can do a scrub and paraffin treatment for extra money. I didn't know about it, no one asked. I just went in and asked for a manicure. You'd think they'd ASK. I didn't know that a manicure was just rubbing some lotion on my hands and paining my nails. That was all I really wanted, I didn't care about my nails. I can do them at home! I suppose it doesn't matter, though, since I'm leaving town in an hour and won't be back for a week.

Hey All,

I need help. Every deodorant I buy does not prevent moisture. It is very embarrassing to have a wet circle under my arm pit. I have not a problem with odor, and I am buying deodorant with anti-perspirant in case you were wondering. Do you have a suggestion of a deodorant I can by that will help me. What do you use? Does it work? Thanks for your time.

I saw something like it in a magazine but lost the mag. It sounds like tape or a disk that sticks to the back of your ear. Anyone know what this is and where I can buy it?

I know that the only real way to get rid of, and prevent split ends is to trim my hair every 6 weeks or so, but a trim is the same price as a normal hair cut and I cannot afford to get my hair trimmed that often. I usually get a hair cut twice a year or so.

My hair has REALLY bad split ends, and I will be getting a haircut in the near future, but that won't be until mid-September. Is there any way to help keep the split ends from getting worse or keep my hair from breaking too much before I get the haircut. I generally do not use a blow-dryer. (Once in a blue-moon if I want to try to get my hair to hold a slight wave). I don't straighten my hair because it's already straight. I use a clarifying shampoo at least once a week to remove build up, but normally I use the Aussie Cleanse and Mend shampoo and conditioner...and I use a LOT of conditioner.

My hair is color treated, but my last dye job was in early March.

I'm going to the US soon on holiday and we will be staying at a very posh resort with huge outdoor pools and a private beach (lucky ol' me!), but I am feeling a bit intimidated about it. I like to swim in indoor pools at my local sports centre, but I usually wear a speedo rubber swimhat, however this is not a good look for the beach & trendy bar! I straighten my shoulder length hair and when it gets even a bit wet it looks like a giant frizzball from hell! So how can I cover it up and look cool in and out of the pool? With a hat, or a headscarf - help! (its bad enough I have cellulite without looking a mess at both ends!) Argghh!
