In this day and age most girls have a hair straightener. Well, it's easy and simple to achieve soft curls with a straightener!

When it's wet, put in some mousse to give it some volume, and then use a curling product so that as it dries it'll become wavier. as you blow dry it use a rounded brush with holes to get a more wavey look.
