I'm looking for a product that keeps your ear from pulling down with the weight of an earring...?

I saw something like it in a magazine but lost the mag. It sounds like tape or a disk that sticks to the back of your ear. Anyone know what this is and where I can buy it?

i know that the product is called Ear Lifts, it's suppose to help ears handle the weight heavy earrings, and avoid ear splitting, not sure where you can purchase it at the moment, try goggling it.
