ONLY wear skirts/ dresses and ONLY wear heels. ALWAYS wear blush, mascara, and lip gloss. It doesn't matter what kind of frame you have if you are always thought to be a boy because of your body type which I am assuming is long thin and somewhat flat chested then the more feminine clothing you wear the better you will look and no one will think you are a boy. long thin girls look great skirts and dresses. Look in the fall preview issue of VOGUE magazine and then pick up the latest issue of LUCKY and basically dress like that.

Start at the top:
1] hair - do you have unisex hair? How long/short? Try some obviously girl styles, like curls, braids, ponytail; and accessories like headbands, barettes, scrunchies
2] pierced ears - girl earrings - gold or silver hoops [ 1" or so ], gemstones, flowers, drop earrings [ with a dangling stone ]
3] face - if you are in high school - a little mascara, blush, lip color - [ if junior high, stickwith just lip gloss for everyday ]
Type in 'applying...' for instructions for each on the web.
4] assess your wardrobe - look at all tops - would your brother, Dad, or male friends wear it? Then don't.
Collect fitted [ women's ] Ts, botton shirts, and blouses [ in your best brights and pastels - much more flattering and feminine tham neutrals ]. Crochet, embroidery, lace are bonuses.
No screened Ts, except for chores.
Jeans are OK, as long as they fit well, and aren't ratty.
Buy a few pairs of dress pants in your best neutrals [ navy, gray, black; or olive, caramel, coffee brown ].
Wear with jeans/pants girly belts - chains, lace, velvet, etc.
5] Shoes! Wear girl shoes - ballet flats, skechers, skimmers; if unisex shoes like sneaks or slip ons, do girl colors or laces or charms. I have workboots with hot pink laces!

Im sorry people mistake you for a boy :[ Just grow your hair out long, wear your hair in curls, wear makeup, cute pink nailpolish, carry purses wear mini skirts and tank tops and stuff like taht.. i hope they quit bein mean :[ im really sorry ppl have to be such jerks.

Well, Wear girly clothes, and use mascara lip gloss, blush, bronzer. Something to make you glow and look radiant. Have medium lenght hair, with layers, and straighten it. i want to know what you look like though, if you look naturally like a boy even with makeup then sorry, i can't help!

Edit:: Wear flip flops or girly sneakers, and heels. Get your nails done too.

Could it be your hair style? Maybe consider changing it.
Wear a bit of make up if you're allowed.
Don't dress like a guy/tomboy.
Carry a purse (most guys wouldn't!).
