It is somewhat painful and is effective for permanent hair removal if the provider knows what they are doing. If you are just doing bikini line you should not need to take off your panties. If you are doing a brazilian style removal, you will need to take off your panties.

The site http://www.HairREmovalForum.com has more information and a list of providers who have received positive surveys from previous customers.

IPL is laser hair removal. And so far for me is permanent. it takes a lot of sessions. feels like a rubber band snapping on your skin. My skin turns red for about an hour and then goes back to normal.

you don't have to take your panties off. just wear the ones that are the ones that best show the areas that you don't want hair on.

It is a very expensive treatment though. my stomach area is $400 per treatment. and i have had 4 treatments.

im sorry but i don't no wat ipl is. is it permenent laser treatment?if it that's what you want please look up the docters name to see if he or she make a mistake. bcuz ive seen on the news about and black women went to get laser surgery for facial hair and he burned all of her neck and chin. her whole neck and chin was black!! and a white women got laser surgery too and the person who did it was really red and burnt. but they could sue because they knew the bad things that could happen. or you cant wax it off. if u choose to wax, it lasts up to 8 weeks. just wax every 8 weeks or when it grows back
