I'm going to the US soon on holiday and we will be staying at a very posh resort with huge outdoor pools and a private beach (lucky ol' me!), but I am feeling a bit intimidated about it. I like to swim in indoor pools at my local sports centre, but I usually wear a speedo rubber swimhat, however this is not a good look for the beach & trendy bar! I straighten my shoulder length hair and when it gets even a bit wet it looks like a giant frizzball from hell! So how can I cover it up and look cool in and out of the pool? With a hat, or a headscarf - help! (its bad enough I have cellulite without looking a mess at both ends!) Argghh!

I do medical research. I don't believe in creams or other useless products like gels or lotions. Cellulite is not a skin problem, it's an underlying structural issue. Check out this site http://nocellulite.toptips.org
It has a lot of useful tips about natural remedies to treat cellulite.

When swimming keep your hair tied up in a bun (trust me it works and does look good)
Also go to Boots and get some serum (they're everywhere) that, even though you like straight hair, enhances beachcurls because that way its not frizz its curl AND u can enhances the "Ive just got out of the water but I dont realy care what I look like but i look good anyway" look .
ANd for the cellulite get a sarong they look good and cover everything up
I hope this helps
Have fun ;-)

Maybe a nice french braid or a side ponytail with a sexy ribbon. Hats are okay, but a nice headwrap would work nicely. They have real cute ones at Claires, as well as the shops within the resort! Have fun!

first of all dont wash your hair if you dont absolutely have to second keep a conditioner or protective cream on it the entire time your out in the sun and in the waves comb out the knots and tie it up in a headscarf when just laying in the sun...pull it up into a twist in between going in the water and by the end of the day your hair will have a nice texture for an updo or half up half down....and awesome waves if you wanna wear i down

i tend to put my hair in cute pig tail braids when swimming. if i am just lying around the pool with the thought that you may still get splashed just tie you hair in a cute side ponytail braid and wrap a sexy scarf around the top of your head like a hairband and tie this at the side nxt to your ponytail this will stop the root of your hair frizzing

When on vacation go with braids...I think that this is very becoming on a man and you do not hafta worry about it for a week. Just put a little gel in it after getting outta the shower and you go!

i would put it up in a cute ponytail or a fun bun....
just pull you hair up and on the last wrap of your ponytail dont pull your hair thru all the way and then take another rubberband and mess of the hanging stuff and wrap that around it, it's cute and looks like it took some time when it really didn't, plus ull fit in

well next to your question there is a little box with a picture in it that we all pick out a different cartoon character w eye, hair, and skin color and sex. Yours is a guy picture, so why would you care what to do with your hair at the beach?

do you have to have your hair down? why not put it in pigtails or a french plat or just a single plat at the back this why you get i nice hairdo knot free and without it getting frizzy! x x x
