Tomorrow I'm going to a wedding. I have never been to one. I still don't have a dress!!! I don't know where to start or even what to look for. unfortunately I'm kind of broke so I can't spend 80 bucks on a dress. Any suggestions anyone????

i have really fine but frizzy hair that's really wavy. it always looks like i have messy bedhead even though there's not a knot in it. it's not dry or anything. it's one length and just below my shoulder blades.

Ok well the question is, should i or shouldnt i wear makeup (i want your opinion)

i really want to start, but i dont know what to wear? I know i want to wear mascara and eyeshadow, but i dont really know how to put it on, and my friends try and teach me but.. i dont know?

Me and my brother are really close, and he doesnt like me wearing makeup (i have done it a few times, he doesnt directly tell me off, but hes like, are you wearing makeup? kinda thing and its hard to explain)
but my parents allow me...

p.s. im 14 in 1 week and 6 days and counting XD

Ok I am 15 years old 5'5 and I want a total makeover. Hair..body...clothes! everything.
Right now i am trying to lose weight and are doing well. but i want a new hairstlye..*color...cut everything* I have a round face and blue eyes.

How do you match tees with plaid shorts?
Does the color of the tee have to match with the MAIN COLOR of the plaid shorts or the SECONDARY COLOR?

EXAMPLE:
For these plaid shorts:
- MAIN COLOR: red (it's obvious)
- SECONDARY COLOR: brown (horizontal stripes)

Well, it is less than 20 days until my birthday and I want a tattoo around my birthday (doesn't have to be exactly on) but I leave for college in the middle of August. My friend who has a tattoo says that when you want a tattoo you have to tell the artist what you want then he draws it up and calls you in a week and you have to keep going back every week until he draws exactly what you want. This process (well she makes it seem) takes like a month. Is there any way that I could make an appointment and have an artist start this process now before I'm 18 and then actually tattoo me when I'm 18 or can I not even approach an artist until I'm old enough?

5'7"
127 lbs
24-25 inch waist
35 1/2 inch hips

Normally I fall between sizes. Sometimes 3/4 fits but other times its too tight and I have to go with 5/6. Is there a brand that would work best with my body type, I'm slightly curvier on bottom than I am on top. Thank you!
