The garnier fructis one is the best one i could ever find, but i also put baby oil in my hair, and that keeps my hair from getting frizzy.

The absolute best is the new brand called Organix. It has organic active ingredients and is sulfate free so it wont dry out your hair, plus...it smells awesome! Organix has different collections for different hair types which are all amazing! You can get Organix at Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Albertsons, Kroger, Duane Reade, Safeway, etc. You'll love it!!!

Okay...for the dry and damaged part I would HIGHLY recommend using Biolage Hydratherapie. I color, highlight, straighten, blowdry and even put salt to give me waves in my hair and I just shampoo, deep condition, & put the leave in condition in my hair and it's soft shiny and healthy. So I think you should try it out. = )

Here's the site so you can check it out.
Good luck.
