I'm filipina, spanish and a little irish (just for a visual)
I naturally have dark brown hair, but im sick of it.
I have tan skin and green eyes.
ANY IDEAS?!

PS: i mean natural colors, like black, shades of brown, blonde even red...not blue or anything

Does "mixing and matching" makeup brands work?! (for foundation, concealer, and powder)?

I am trying to find the best makeup for the best prices, and it seems like one brand will have a great foundation (according to reviews), but a concealer that's not so great, and then another brand will have the best concealer, but a foundation that i've tried and don't like. So, if i get the best of both, will they work okay together? Or are the brands specifically designed to work better with only products of the same brand?

Here, is an inexpensive plan that I have come up with (I'm very tight on money and I really want to get stuff that works together-you can't take it back if it doesn't work!):

Covergirl TruBlend Whipped Foundation
Neutrogena Healthy Smoothing Stick Concealer
Neutrogena SkinClearing Oil-Free Pressed Powder

Do you think these types of make up will look good together? or bad? Please help! Thanks!!

i have puffy eyes, i have looked at previous questions and seen stuff like cucumbers, ice, tea bags, spoons, ect.

would you put it on ur eyes b4 u go to bed, or in the moring.

also..i've heard to different things about the tea bags...some say to get them wet and then freez them, others say to put in warm water and then use....which one is right?

they are for work cause I do not like heels especially at work. they can be pointed toes. I love those. or anything but they have to be closed toe.

My hair is so annoying! I can go to school with brushed hair, and just by sitting in class, it gets messy!! Plus, my hair gets oily. how can I keep it tangle-free, not frizzy, and looking like its healthy and feeling clean and soft? I dont have time for blowdrying it long, it takes time to dry...
