it has to be a really clean place and im only 16. any where on the north side.not too far from Rogers park.i dont think that the Tattoo Factory does it without your paren's permission.

We don't pierce at our studio but we send everyone to Bob Jones at Insight Studio on Milwaukee. He is not going to do anything illegal, I will tell you right now.

There is no clean, safe, and reputable piercing studio in the entire country that would pierce a 16 year old without consent.
If you want to get pierced without consent, you're pretty much limited to grubby, inexperienced piercers who may be reusing needles.
You must decide if having your piercing at 16 is worth dying of Hepetitis at 30.
