does it matter if your hair is fully dry before you dye it? or should i blow-dry it before i apply the dye?

it's a box of clairol dye. dunno if that matters.

I get my hair cut every 2-3 months but a week later the ends are really dry and brittle! I have used sooo many products but none of them work long term! I want to grow my hair so I never get a lot trimmed but it's annoying me now! I don't even straighten it that often...once a week if that! (I prefer curls) and I always use heat protection spray when I blow dry. Please help!

I'm having some trouble with my dandruff. If flakes up on my scalp really bad. I've tried head and shoulders but it doesn't seem to do anything but make my scalp sore. It's really wierd cause I only get this dandruff problem from time to time. I don't constantly battle dandruff problems.

I am a man who enjoys wearing shoes. I have found that some womens shoes appeal to me (i.e. keds, mary janes, some flat sandals). Why is it acceptable for a women to wear a shoe originally designed for men(chuck taylors, most nike, addidas styles designed originally for men but with colors such as pinks and purples) but men who wear womens keds or a pair of mary janes like the keens or a flat strappy sandal that were made strictly for women. I enjoy shoes and like to be different by wearing some womens styles of shoes. Such as i suspect women did with mens shoes in the 70's or 80's, whenever it was that alot of the mens style of shoes started being made for women.

i found a watch that was my grandfathers before he past away. its a helbros 21 invincible watch. its all gold, with a gold-stretchable band, and a silver/almost pearly white plating in the background. its also a watch that you have to wind periodically to keep it running. does any watch gooru or jewelry fanatic out there maybe know how much this watch is worth and when it might have been made? im not planning on selling this watch, but i would like to know what i have. thx.

my friend is a hairdresser and i really needed a cut and asked her to cut it to about 3 inches BELOW my shoulders ( it was right down my back. well long) but she cut it up to my jaw. i cried sooooo much. she said i was being silly and vain and she just misunderstood what i wanted.we had a HUGE row. do you think she was being nasty and jealous and i shouldnt forgive her or am i being to vain and should i forgive her?

I have a high school reunion to go to. It's been ten years! So, I want to make a good impression. The invite stated that it was semi-formal with the addendum (dress to impress!). I have a dress that's down to the ankles( because I don't like showing my legs) that I will be wearing with high heels. It's an strapless dress that's very simple with no designs or intricate patterns with a mermaid silhouette. Would this be an appropriate thing to wear? And I don't want to wear slacks either.

Okay, My mom told me that I could get my hair cut, I dont know what to get!!?? It's like i dont know what to do with my hair cause I have Shoulder Length hair. I'm not allowed to color my hair(cause i like my hair color, and my mom wont lemme.)
