1) Use a super absorbent microfiber towel to dry your hair. It will shorten time needed to blow dry or air dry. (e.g. Aquis or The Body Shop)
2) Try to let your hair air dry as often as possible & experiment w/ different hairstyles that don't require it or straightening. (e.g. messy bun, twisted braid, loose ponytail w/ ribbon, etc.)
3) Consider using a deep conditioning treatment once a week. Joico K-Pak conditioner is great; it can be used daily or as a deep treatment mask. A drop of jojoba oil makes a good leave-in conditioner. It's non-comedogenic, adds a little sheen & washes out easily.

again it the fault of using to many products on your hair and too much excessive heat, your hair needs to recover look at your diet as well and keep getting regular trims, heat protection sprays do not work, believe me as a hairdresser
these products are over rated and costly, go back to natural products and you will have healthily shiny hair
its probally not the answer you wanted but 15 years in the trade it is the truth, I see this all the time, then more and more products are pushed nto the client, resist and it will work

Getting your hair trimmed every 2-3 months isn't enough. I get mine trimmed once a month. Even if you are trying to grow it out, you still should get it trimmed every month. Also, Biolage and CHI have some great protection sprays you might want to try. Other than that, your hair just might be naturally dry. Good Luck!

do you wash your hair everyday? if so maybe reduce the number of times you wash it so that you maintain the natural oils in the hair. Baby shampoos are good because they are mild and dont have all the added perfume and chemicalls, which are only necessary for very greasy hair. But a rich moisturising conditioner would be ideal. You could try rubbing small amounts of moisturiser combined with coconut oil/olive oil just at the ends too.

Then you need to use a conditioning shampoo and have your hair cut wayyyy more reguarly. I have my hair cut every six weeks and never have a problem with dry or split tips.

try aussie hair products..i swear they are amazing!! you can get a deep healing hair mousurizer and you leave it in your hair for 3 minutes, but for you i would just do it in the ends of your hair for three min..it worked wonders for my dry hair!! and also get aussies hair protection shampoo and conditioner..they have so many choices but that one might be best!
good luck!
