omg i had this exact smae problem. Put all the product that u normally use in your hair at night and shampoo and conditioner it. Then get out or the shower and put your hair in a spirial bun in top or ur head then let it out in the morning (it will still be a little damp. And your hair wall be so soft and natural. Also if you feel like is isn't quite there rub a dryer sheet (unsented) in your hair

Regular shampoo and conditioner and occasional hot oil. You can use olive oil at home and then wrap your hair in a warm towel. Avoid too much exposure to the sun. Brush your hair 100x before going to bed to massage your scalp which releases the scalp's natural oil. Hope this helps...

Stop blow drying it! That is the worst and do not use straighteners! this dries it out and makes it, in the long run, worse to handle. Let your hair dry natural and maybe let it free for a bit. Then try simple styles that do not stress your hair out. I like Garnier Fructice. That definitely helped my hair.

Brush it 100 strokes then put it in a bun before you go to sleep each night. Don't use straighteners and chemical greases/moisturizers.
