How can you drw your eyebrows neatly without worrying about them smearing during the day??

Does arm hair grow back if you burn it off? Cause my grandma is constantly burning off her arm hair its horrible smelling, she says it duznt grow back is this true?

i got a tattoo on monday and it is on my hip, this is right under my pant line and my trouser line, i feel comfortable when i wear a skirt but when i have to wear trousers it really dries my skin and makes my tattoo sore. When i just had the tattoo they covered it with cream and clingfilm cover. can i keep doing that now for when i take a shower and when i wear trousers? this wont be damaging to my tattoo? I am probably over-worrying but this is my first tattoo and i dont want to do it any damage. thanks

Ok I'm Getting A Tatoo Within The Next Year Or So.. And I Have Problems With My Body Rejecting Peircings Such As My Bellie Button Which Constantly Rejects Peircings And When I Was Little I Had Problems With My Ear Peircings, But They're Fine Now And I'm Wondering Would It Be A Bit Risky Getting A Tatoo With These Problems ? Is There Any Tests I Can Get To Get The All Clear ? Or Could I Simply Go In And Ask For Just A Small Peice To Be Done And See The Results ?

i dont really wear makeup on a daily basis just eyeshadow, chapsticc, lipgloss and maybe some mascara. i need a good foundation for my skin that doesnt dry my face out and stays on all day. i would liiek something that does not have a powdery finish and doesnt look like im wearing it. any suggestions....

i have this guy i know thats wanting me make a wager that includes letting him shave my head....the pay off on my part is quite alot of money... should i take the risk?...i mean living in a really small town like i do...i will look like a freak if i loose....but on the other hand i really would like to have the money i need it bad? so you tell me should i bet my hair?

i had a breast augmentation 2 weeks ago and have been told that if i want to start using the sun beds again i will have to cover them up. what do u think i should wear? a little top?? will this protect the scars enough do you think? or will i need two layers (two thin little tops) or sun screen?
Just dont particularly want tan lines as will be wanting to wear low cut tops as soon as can wear normal bras and will be wanting to be fairly tanned. x

I was at a lecture recently where a (board-certified) dermatologist spoke about skin cancer and ways to help prevent it and treatments and such, and she did touch on skin rejuvenation. I was really surprised when she said that topical vitamin c is 'not stable' so that no one really knows for sure if it makes a difference on the face as there are so many claims about it. She said that the retinoids are supposed to be much more effective such as retin-a. Anyone else hear about topical vitamin c? I found it to be very interesting, and I was really glad that I attended the talk :) Thanks!

I’m a disabled girl and one of my hand is, I don’t quite know how to describe it but its tight. I have little control of it. My question is I bought a sleeveless dress which wouldn’t look right with a cardigan etc so should I bare my arms.

I have had my eyebrow ring for about 13 months and it's still healing. This is the second time I've got it done in the same spot. The first one I kept yanking on it by combing my bang, that didn't feel to good so I just took it out and let it close. This one I am more careful with however, I must admit that I don't clean it everyday, but out of a week I would say it gets cleaned maybe 4 days out of 7. It gets that crusty dry crap around the ring and it freaks me out. I clean it with regular dial soap (antibacterial) and the spray (for piercings) that the people gave me at the tattoo parlor so shouldn't it be healed by now or am I just being impatient????

I was thinking of getting my 8 month old baby a tattoo of something cute a fuzzy. Do you think it would be ok? I heard they didn't hurt any worse that ear piercings so I figured it would be ok, especially sense she's so small and the tat wouldn't be that big.
