Anastasia Beverly Hills has a 5 piece brow kit that includes everything you need to shape, color, and finish your brows. Bare Escentuals also has a kit called A-List Brows, I used that one when I had a botched eyebrow waxing it was excellent! I had no problem with smearing or fake looking eyebrows! You can find either one at www.ulta.com or www.sephora.com.

Use the proper tools and products.
1] eyebrow pencil
2] eyebrow powder with brush
GO TO:
eyebrowz.com for tips on thickness, shape, color of brows.
Pencil is harder to do and frequently looks like, well, pencil!
Powder is easier but doesn't last in a swimming pool.
I have used clinique powder for many years, because I have maybe ten eyebrow hairs and they are beige [ I just never grew any, or eyelashes either; and my hair is medium brown!]

I mean very lightly
this will prevent any smears trust me

GET A DECENT LINER AND DO NOT DRAW THE BROW SO THAT IT LOOKS OBVIOUS. THATS JUST WRONG. GET A WATERPROOF LINER AND TRY TO DO TOUCH-UPS DURING THE DAY.:-)
