Hi,

I'm meeting and old friend this summer and I'm already nervous about what to wear. I've changed a lot since I first met him; then I was a grungy, chubby teenager but now I'm slim, healthy, attractive, 21 year-old. Obviously clothing is the greatest way to emphasize this change but I have some problems.

I was in an accident a couple of years ago and I have scarring down both my legs and arms. I am very self conscious about this scarring and would prefer not to show it rather than wear makeup on it or even worse wear nothing on it.

How can I look summery and pretty yet still cover a fair amount of scarring? I really want to look amazing. Pictures would be fantastic.

Is there some hair conditioner or shampoo that will actually increase the rate of your hair falling down (resulting in a worry for hair loss)? I've been using the charles worthington (results line), on and off for a year, as I like to change my shampoos every now and then, and I noticed that after a month of using the charles worthington I suffer from great worry of increase hair loss and my hair just fall so fast that it is every where!.. I stopped using the hair conditioner but still using the shampoo (for a week now), but still the hair loss specially at the shower time is extremely worrying, I need to know if anyone suffers the same with this product or any other one, or if you know of any reviews / similar experience with others in this matter, to help me identify the problem. thank you.

Hi I want to know how to grow a nice long hair just like Orlando Bloom or Aragorn from LoTR.

My hair is just straight all the way but some short hairs are a bit in a curl, I was wondering if I could start to grow a curly hair too, do I need to heat it or wear a beanie everyday or something?

Right now my hair is short I just had a 2 and 3 last week ( 2/1 short on the bottom and 3'ds of a short on the top ) so then my top hair is a little longer than my ridge hair.

I was also wondering if new hair cuts matter if your going to grow a long hair, like what kind of hair should I start with? bald? well I think it doesn't matter.

I tried growing a long hair but when I just take a bath my hair just stands straight up! and it's kinda unruly too because I want it to go down but some are just sticking up so what I do is I wear some kind of a bonnet every night.

Anyways what can I do to start maintaining a non-unruly hair?

Any hair-do's while I wait for it to grow?

I'm really worried because my mom's aunt shaved her eyebrows off and they never grew back.

Is it possible to have damaged the root when I was peeling off the mask?

Has this ever happened to anyone reading this? If so, did they grow back? And if they did, how long did it take?

I've been on a swim team for over 10 years, ever since I was in middleschool. Between the time I sleep and the time I spent at the pool, I'm shirtless more than half of the day.
I'm my case, it made sense to get laser hair removal on my chest, stomach, back, and arm pits. Without hair, I swim better, my abs are noticeable, and I'm encouraged to work more at them, and I don't get those rashes on my arm pits.
My GF wanted to see my butt hairless, so I let her shave it. WOW!! I never even thought about it, but it was a great feeling going to restroom and wiping my butt.
I feel like I'm really clean, I know nothing might be there stuck on my butt hair.
I tell my GF I want to have it removed permanently, but she tells me not to because she loves shaving it off.
I'm probably not going be with her for over a year, so I might as well get it off permanently.

Is laser hair removal on your butt and the hair between it a good idea for hygiene?

by "brand" i mean touching the skin with 1000 deg f (red hot) pieces of metal to cause a skin burn, which will later heal to form a design on the skin. Although painful, "branding" has come back over the last 20-30 years, but is not as popular as Tattoos.

Not athletic shoe, but casual shoe. I'm outdoors a lot, but my style is like Banana Republic, Gap, Old Navy, etc. I can't seem to find a closed-toe shoe that is comfortable that looks good. Any ideas? Links to photos would be great!

I have a couple American Eagle t-shirts but i dont wanna go too overboard with one brand. Also, the nearest Abercrombie is like 100 miles away, and I don't want to come off as a poser w/ surf/skate shirts & brands since I don't skate/surf. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
