anyone who is familiar with the tattoo industry reply...?

My boyfriend is interested in getting into the tattooing industry. he wants to be a tattoo artist, but doesn't know where to start. He has a few tattoos and is familiar with our local tattoo shops. He's very close with the guy who does his tattoos but wants to further his knowledge outside of this single shop. Does anyone have any ideas on where you need to begin in getting into this? Do you need and certain schooling or further education or is it a you have to know somebody to get into this type deal?
IF anyone is a tattoo artist please give your input on this. How did you get started and what can he do to get started?

First time hair dye?

This is the first time I'm going to dye my hair, so I decided to test try with Herbal Essence Colorflirt (Semi-Permanent). It says that it will wash out in 8-12 washes. But what I want to know is, can I still condition my hair? or will that make it wash out faster?

What color eyeshadow should I use to make my eyes "pop"?

I have lightly tanned skin and light golden brown eyes the exact same color as my hair, except for the very faint grey-green color on the outer edge of my iris. I've been using a very light pink shimmer eyeshadow with a white shimmer eyeshadow on the crevice of my eyelid as well as a charcoal grey eyeliner on my top lid right above the eyelash line and a copper eyeliner on my bottom lid with black mascara.This look just dosn't seem to be making my eyes "pop" though. I've tried plumish purple, gold, and green colored eyeshadows, but they just don't work out for me. Maybe I just don't know how to apply the shadow correctly or something. I'd like to know of both natrual colors and dramatic funky colors that would best show off my eye color. Ideas anyone?

where do i find a white graduation dress?

my school has these insane rules for our grad dress-dress has to be 2 inches below the collarbone, it has to be pure white, it has to fall between the knee and the ankle, and it cant have an open back. (crazy, i know). so where can i find a cool dress that meets these requirements??? help!?

my face starts to burn after i wash my face and my face is completely clear.?

i think i might be allergic!!my face was burning so bad i had to put aloe gel stuff you put on sunburn .should i use it for a couple more days and see if my skin just needs to get used to the product. or should i get a new face product asap!!??

when getting tattoos what colors show best on dark african american skin color?

i want a white dove tattooed on me that looks realistic and has great detail and i think black is what they would use to do the detailing. black ink would not show very well would it?
