my school has these insane rules for our grad dress-dress has to be 2 inches below the collarbone, it has to be pure white, it has to fall between the knee and the ankle, and it cant have an open back. (crazy, i know). so where can i find a cool dress that meets these requirements??? help!?

i would try something like ebay or jc pennys! good luck or you could also try a bridal store cuz they have tons of white dresses!
