Help! How can I style my hair like this?

I'm talk about Jess from the Veronicas. I have the cut, I just have trouble keeping the style. Can someone tell me exactly how to style it and how to keep it hold?

If I were going to style my hair like that, here's what I'd do.

Shampoo, Condition, Towel it

Bend over dry it a little with the blow dryer (1 min)

Throw it all over to one side, on the other side grab an inch of har from above the ear and dry it like a sandwich (dryer-hair-vent brush) repeat five times

Squirt the vent brush with taming spray or low gloss.

Keep pulling down sections and drying them throughly.

When you get to where the part is, then flip it over to the other side and start above the other ear, use a banana clip to keep the wet hair off the dried section.

Keep squirting your brush every 5 brushes.

Start moving the bang section with your fingers and your dryer (minus the brush) you may need to wet your fingers with water or styling gel

Dry the back

Start bringing your fingers from above the ear up toward the part

You can also scrunch your hair with a closed fist while it's warm from just running the dryer in a section, if it's to high brush it down

Don't use hairspray until you've got it just where you want it to stay
