When I take my nail polish off with remover and a cotton ball it seems like I can never get it completly off. There is always some that sticks around my cuticles. I have even tried the salon quality wipes and remover. Any ideas?

I have tried 4 different kinds of eyeliner and they all come off withing 2 or 3 hours of putting it on. How can I prevent myself form having to apply eyeliner 4 times a day?

I have noticed stars are wearing black nail polish and it looks great on them....do u think it looks good? and if so what are the conditions you can wear it in? Long nails/Short Nails? Gloss/or No gloss? Some of my "secrets" are that I never wash my hair two days in a row, and I put vitamin E on the ends . . . it really helps my hair stay healthy and soft. I also use baking soda on zits and boils to help them dry up.
