Spiky hair not straight?

Question

Okay...i have spiky hair and when ever i gel it in the mornings its always curly how do i not have curly spiky hair!

My hair is only an inch and i dont want to pay for any thing pricey

Try this wet and dry, but the trick is to use a wax based gel. That way it'll stick straight up, curly or not!
You could straighten it, but that might be a bit much.

why dont u put a bandana on your hair before u go to sleep then when i wake up comb out ur hair so that the spikes can come out
