What makes a girl pretty is not her looks its her attitude or her confidence to herself. If you dont like yourself thats what shows on the outside. :)

Yes, it can be her looks (isn't that what most people want to hear?). But it goes a lot deeper than that! A lot of it has to do with her attitude towards herself and others, her confidence, and the way she handles situations. It's her character - a smile that comes easily, and a POSITIVE attitude!

The radiance of her own inner beauty and that she carries herself with confidence. Having a clean tidy appearance helps as well. Keep things simple.

It really comes down to preference - for me, personality trumps beauty...and a woman has to be confident. i can be out with a friend I'll point out a girl to him and he'll say "what?!?!?!" and vice versa...however the physical attraction has to be there...so, in my mind what is pretty...hmm...physically unique...face, then hands, then legs, then booty...points of reference...samantha morton, chan marshall (cat power), cate blanchett, emily watson...(i also have a thing for juliette lewis )...

Her personality, her presence, and her intellegence. The way she carries herself. Sometimes the outside is a reflection of their inside.

physically her smile and her hair, these play a big part. overall i would have to say her personality, easy to appraoch and to hold a decent conversation with.
